RPI Apex Senior Staff Spencer Purinton - President Spencer began his career with Isla Caribe Sales, an electronics representative firm that he opened in Puerto Rico. This venture has grown into a very successful company, now representing principals such as Kemet, Aavid, and HADCO, and is well known as one of the premier representative firms on the island. After turning over day-to-day management to Aniel Lugo in 1981, Spencer joined Richard Purinton, Inc. (RPI) full-time and has been developing significant commercial accounts in New England for the last 18 years. He holds a B.A. from Brown University. Mark Bushell - Vice President and Account Executive Mark was an area sales engineer in New England for Raychem Corp. for seven years before joining RPI in 1991. Prior to Raychem, he served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. Mark first served as an A.F. Academy football coach, P.E. instructor, and sports recruiter and then began a four year duty tour as a development engineer with the first U.S.A.F. E-3A Wing. Mark is an honor graduate of the Air Force Academy and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
