RPI Apex Inside Sales Team Jo Morrill - Office Manager and Inside Sales Jo has been with us for Fourteen years, coming to RPI from a position as a business and office manager at a large dental practice. She is an experienced professional at building and maintaining the vital relationships between customer, principal, and salespeople. Jo has a strong and broad understanding of our business and the electronics industry. She covers our key commercial and military accounts with outstanding service while also managing our office with great efficiency and organization. Jo holds a B.S. in International Business from New Hampshire College. Russell Horwitz - Inside Sales and IT Manager Russell has been with us for 6 years. He joined our team in 1999 after working at United Electronic Industries (UEI) for three years. His experience at UEI is vast and includes the building and testing of PC boards, inside sales, customer service support, sales team budget and marketing development, and office management duties. Prior to UEI, he was an Assistant Store Manager for Laura Ashley. He is a wonderful addition to our company, already having demonstrated a strong commitment to our customers and doing so with extreme efficiency and exuberance. Russell attended Birnam Business College in South Africa.
